Feel the burn at the New Zealand Hot Sauce Festival 2018, which promises two days of fiery action that includes spicy smokehouse foods, chilli beer and cocktails, displays and presentations from 15 hot sauce producers from New Zealand and overseas (including six World Hot Sauce Award Champion winning sauces), live music, a homemade hot sauce competition, the Chilli Chompers Global Hot Sauce Awards, and one of the most popular events – the NZ Chilli Eating Champs Final – where competitors go head-to-head to show their explosive chilli munching stamina, including a stab nibbling the world’s hottest chilli, the Carolina Reaper.

The Festival is usually a sell-out so this year it has been extended over a whole weekend, from 26th-27th May at Sweat Shop Brew Kitchen in Auckland.
