This week we were very excited to discover that some of our favourite spirits got the recognition they deserve and won awards at the 2016 World Spirits Competition in San Francisco.

Founded in 2000, the San Francisco World Spirits Competition has become one of the most influential and well-respected spirits competitions in the world so gaining an award of any sort here is an wonderful achievement! 

This year the competition was held at the Hotel Nikko, San Francisco, March 17th through to March 20th. As part of the judging process, 39 spirits experts gathered to judge a record breaking 1899 entries which they blind-tested to ensure fairness and accuracy.
