Ingredients

  • 60ml whisky
  • 120ml chilled soda water
  • lemon wedge, optional
  • ice cubes (or large ice cubes)
Simple yet stunning, this highball combines whisky, sparkling water and a subtle citrus hit. Refreshing and versatile. Serves 1.
  1. Fill your highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in the whisky, aiming for a slow, steady stream.
  3. Gently top off the glass with soda water, leaving a small space at the rim.
  4. Squeeze the lemon wedge over the glass, releasing the oils, and then discard it (optional) or drop it into your drink.
  5. Gently to combine. Enjoy!
