Ingredients

50ml Galliano liqueur

40ml crème de cacao white

30ml white rum

1 scoop vanilla ice cream

½ cup milk

chocolate sauce, for glass rim (optional)
This nog-like cocktail takes some shortcuts with the vanilla and spice notes of Galliano and makes for a decadently sweet and creamy Easter treat with the addition of creme de cacao and drizzled choc. Serves 1

For the chocolate rim: Pour enough chocolate sauce into a bowl to be able to dip the rim of a glass. Working your way around the glass’s outside rim, coat it evenly in the chocolate.

Place all ingredients in a blender and pour into the chocolate-rimmed glass.
