Ingredients

  • 45ml Untold Spiced Rum
  • fresh lime, juiced
  • royal gala apple, chopped into chunks
  • 2 slices of apple, to garnish
  • ice

Spicy, sweet, juicy and delicious this cocktail made with Untold Rum is the perfect balance of flavours. Serves 1

  1. Add the royal gala apple chunks and lime juice to a cocktail shaker and muddle with a muddler or the end of a rolling pin
  2. Add the Untold Spiced Rum and ice and shake hard for 30 seconds before straining into an old fashioned glass (pictured) filled with crushed ice, mixing with a spoon and garnishing with sliced apple
