Ingredients

  • 15ml honey
  • cup chopped cucumber
  • 45ml tequila
  • dash of bitters
  • 30ml chilled green tea (we recommend Fine & Dandy Green Tea)
  • slice of cucumber for garnish

One sip of this delicate and cooling cocktail will have you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated no matter what the season. Serves 1

  1. Muddle honey and cucumber in a glass with a cocktail muddling stick or the end of a wooden spoon
  2. Add tequila, ice, bitters and tea
  3. Garnish with a slice of cucumber
  4. Enjoy
