Ingredients

  • 45ml Dubliner Irish Whiskey & Honeycomb Liqueur
  • 90ml ginger beer
  • juice of 1/4 lime
  • lime wedge, for garnish
Warm Whiskey notes slip and slide with honeycomb and a little ginger spice. Serves 1.
  1. Fill highball glass with ice.
  2. Pour in Dubliner Whiskey, lime juice and ginger beer.
  3. Stir gently and garnish with lime wedge.
