Ingredients

  • 45ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin
  • 45ml apple juice
  • 85ml Fever-Tree Ginger Beer
  • lime wheel, to garnish
  • mint leaf, to garnish
  • star anise, to garnish
  • ice cubes
This Ginger Mule recipe is a fantastic fusion of botanicals and spice. A beautiful sip, particularly in the cooler months. Serves 1.
  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
  2. Add Tanqueray London Dry Gin and apple juice into the glass.
  3. Top up with Fever-Tree Ginger Beer.
  4. Garnish with lime wheel, mint leaf, star anise – and enjoy!
