Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • fresh strawberries, sliced (plus extra, to garnish)
  • 40ml gin
  • rose water, dash
  • tonic water
  • thyme sprig, to garnish
  • edible flowers, to garnish (optional)
This G&T is guilty of being almost too pretty to drink – almost. Serves 1.
  1. Half-fill a glass with ice cubes, then top with a handful of strawberries.
  2. Add gin, rose water, and top with tonic water.
  3. Garnish with strawberries, thyme sprigs, and edible flowers (optional).
