Ingredients

¾ cup mango cubes (fresh or frozen)

small nub fresh turmeric, grated (or ¼ teaspoon dried ground turmeric)

½ cup kefir yoghurt

½ cup coconut water

60ml spiced rum

honey, to taste

honeycomb and thinly sliced mango, to garnish
A sweet, creamy mango lassi is given a delicious edge with the addition of spiced rum. Makes 1

Place all ingredients except garnishes in a blender and blitz until combined.

Pour into a glass and garnish with a square of honeycomb and a thin slice of mango inside the glass, if desired.
