Ingredients

  • 60ml spiced rum
  • 30ml passionfruit syrup
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • orange juice, to top
  • orange slices, to garnish
The simple addition of a good spiced rum turns this stormy number into a winter's delight. Makes 1
  1. Pour the rum, passionfruit syrup and lemon juice into an iced-filled cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled hurricane glass, top with orange juice and stir. Garnish with orange slices.
