Ingredients

handful of mint leaves

50ml Absolut Vodka

30ml lemon juice

90ml lychée syrup (from a can of lychée)

lychée and mint, to garnish

ginger beer (and soda water, optional), to top
Take the old Moscow mule for a trot around the globe to China, with the addition of exotic lychée

Lightly muddle mint and vodka in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add ice, lemon juice and lychée syrup and shake well.

Pour into an ice-filled glass and top with ginger and soda water, to taste.

Skewer a lychée onto a cocktail stick and place a small sprig of mint in its centre, to garnish.
