Ingredients

  • 45ml Bacardi Carta Blanca
  • 5g raspberries
  • 25ml lime juice
  • 12ml sugar syrup
  • 60ml soda water
  • mint, to serve
  • ginger, a few thinly-sliced pieces, to serve
A sweet rum and raspberry combo that you'll definitely want to make more than once! Serves 1.
  1. Chill a highball glass for a few hours.
  2. Once chilled, add raspberries and muddle to release juice.
  3. Add Bacardi Carta Blanca, lime juice and sugar syrup.
  4. Fill glass with ice and churn to combine.
  5. Fill with soda water.
  6. Garnish with mint and ginger.
