2 cups fresh or frozen berries

cup caster sugar

550ml rosé (we used Brown Brothers Moscato Rosa)

40ml lemon juice

cup sliced strawberries
A great treat on a hot summer's day. Use a mixture of any of your favourite fresh or frozen berries. Makes 10 popsicles

In a blender, combine fresh or frozen berries, caster sugar, rosé and lemon juice and blend until smooth

Divide sliced strawberries among popsicle moulds and pour over rosé mixture. Insert a popsicle stick into each mould and freeze for 5 hours. Run popsicle moulds under warm water to loosen before eating
