Reserve Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 45ml Appleton Estate Reserve Blend 8YO Rum
  • 10ml coffee liqueur
  • 30ml fresh espresso
  • 5ml caramel syrup
  • 2ml orange bitters
  • orange zest
  • ice
  1. Add Appleton Estate Reserve Blend 8YO Rum, coffee liqueur, fresh espresso, caramel syrup and orange bitters to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill shaker with ice, close, and shake hard for 10 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with a twist of orange peel and a sprinkle of orange zest.
