3-4 raspberries, plus extra to serve

30ml Chambord

sparkling rosé
Elevate a glass of sparkling rosé into a raspberry burst, thanks to the addition of two ingredients. Serves 1.

Add 3-4 raspberries into a cocktail shaker and muddle.

Add Chambord to cocktail shaker. Stir gently

Strain raspberry and Chambord mixture into a Champagne flute.

Top with (chilled) sparking rosé.

Garnish with a few raspberries and a mint leaf (optional) on a cocktail pick or toothpick.
