Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (750ml) Brown Brothers Prosecco NV
  • large bunch of mint
  • 8 fresh limes

Turn the traditional mojito on its head by substituting rum for Brown Brothers Prosecco for a bubbly version. Serves 1

  1. By hand, remove the mint leaves and crush about 10 in each glass with half a lime to release the mint oils and lime juice
  2. Pour prosecco over the mint and lime
  3. Cut remaining lime into quarters and add to glasses
