Ingredients

  • 30ml Absolut Vanilia Vodka
  • 30ml Malibu Passion Fruit
  • 30ml passion fruit purée
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 30ml Jacob’s Creek Reserve Prosecco
  • Passion fruit or lemon twist to garnish
The Passion Fruit Martini is made with Absolut Vanilla Vodka, Malibu Passion Fruit and Jacob's Creek Reserve Prosecco. Serves 1

The full flavour of passion fruit fuses with the vanilla to create a burst of flavour. A perfect twist of sweet and sour to satisfy those with a sweet tooth on a summer day. Delicious, with a refreshing taste that brings out the pop in the prosecco.

  1. Add ingredients except for sparkling wine into a cocktail shaker
  2. Add ice and shake well for 15 seconds
  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass and serve sparkling wine on the side
  4. Garnish with passion fruit or a lemon twist
