Ingredients

  • 50ml Gordon’s Gin
  • 20ml Martini Bianco
  • 20ml blood orange juice
  • dash celery bitters
  • ice
  • prosecco (we used demi-sec)
  • fresh mint, mandarin slices and celery, to garnish
Whisk yourself away to Palermo with this quintessential Sicilian summer aperitif. Pair with a grazing platter of Italian meats, cheeses and olives, and good company. Makes 1
  1. Add first four ingredients to a chilled wine glass
  2. Pack with cubed ice, top with prosecco
  3. Garnish with fresh mint, mandarin and celery
