Ingredients

  • 45ml whisky
  • 100ml orange juice
  • juice of one lemon
  • soda
  • a dash of bitters
  • ice
  • orange slices, to garnish (optional)
Give a sophisticated whisky collins a twist with flavours of orange and bitters. Serves 1
  1. Place whisky, orange juice and lemon juice in a tall ice-filled glass
  2. Top with soda and a dash of bitters
  3. Stir once to combine
  4. Garnish with orange slices, if desired
