This refreshing cocktail has a mix of fruity and herbal flavours. Ideal for warm evenings, celebrations, or any occasion that calls for a sparkling twist! Serves 1
Add Altos Tequila, peach perserves, thyme syrup and lemon juice into an ice-filled shaker.
Shake until cold, then double strain into a glass over ice.
Top with Mumm Champagne Grand Cordon, and a splash of soda water.
Garnish with a dehydrated peach slice and a sprig of thyme. Enjoy!
