  • 30ml gin
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 30ml simple syrup
  • lemon wheels, to garnish
  • ice cubes
When life gives you lemons, make this refreshingly hazy cocktail! The real magic happens when you top it off with Monteith’s Hazy Lemonade, adding a fizzy, citrusy kick that’s simply irresistible. Serves 1.
  1. Into an ice-filled glass, add gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  2. Stir gently, then slide a few lemon wheels down the side of glass.
