Ingredients

  • 60ml tequila
  • 30ml fresh lime juice
  • 30ml ginger syrup or sugar syrup
  • ros wine (still or sparkling)
  • ice
  • fresh lime to garnish (optional)

This combination of ros wine with tequila, lime and ginger is our cocktail of the summer 2017-2018. Serves 1

  1. In an ice-filled cocktail shaker add the tequila, lime juice and syrup
  2. Shake and strain into a coupe or wine glass
  3. Top with still or sparkling ros wine and garnish with a slice of fresh lime if using
