60ml Wild Turkey Kentucky Bourbon

juice of 1 lemon

50ml maple syrup

1 tablespoon ginger juice (large knob of ginger, peeled, grated and squeezed)

Wither Hills Pinot Noir, to top

ice

crystallised ginger, to garnish
Meet your new favourite cocktail. Sweetened with maple syrup and spiced with a ginger kick, this blend of bourbon and pinot noir is sure to warm you up this winter. Serves 1

Put all ingredients, except the wine, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a glass.
Pour the wine over the back of a dessert spoon to top.
