Ingredients

  • For the pink sugar rim:
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry powder or pink jelly crystals
  • For the drink:
  • 1 cup Campari
  • 1/2 cup gin
  • 4 tablespoons white vermouth
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 cups soda
  • ice
  • edible flowers to garnish (optional)

Dial up the romance on Valentine's Day with this eyecatching and mouthwatering cocktail. Makes enough for one punchbowl or jug

  1. To make the sugar rim, mix together sugar and raspberry powder or pink jelly crystals in a small bowl. Run a wedge of lemon or lime around the rim of each glass and dip into the bowl
  2. Pour all punch ingredients into a large jug or bowl and stir to combine. Pour or ladle into ice-filled glasses and decorate with edible flowers (optional)
