Ingredients

  • 20ml Wild Turkey Bourbon Whiskey
  • 15ml Fino Sherry
  • 15ml Martini Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 teaspoon sugar syrup
  • 60ml soda water
  • fresh orange zest, to garnish
  • ice

When thinking about Trenty lovely, lovely Trenty we think of a man so beautiful that even the gods would fight over him. This drink, inspired by the classic 'Adonis Cocktail', swings between strong, sweet and dry and will certainly bowl you over, it's just a matter of time. Serves 1

  1. Chill a rocks or highball glass. Into the chilled glass add Wild Turkey, Sherry, Martini Rosso and orange bitters and stir well to combine
  2. Fill the glass with ice and stir briefly
  3. Charge with soda water, garnish with the orange zest and serve
