Lavender & Elderflower Bubbles

Ingredients

  • lavender ice sticks (optional, see note)
  • 6 blueberries
  • 30ml elderflower liqueur
  • sparkling wine, chilled 
An easy way to elevate a glass of sparkling wine. Serves 1.

Note: If you don’t have an ice stick tray, sprinkle lavender flower petals into ice cube trays and freeze, then stack 2-3 cubes in each glass. 

  1. Add lavender ice sticks, blueberries and elderflower liqueur to a Champagne flute, then top with sparkling wine.
