Ingredients

  • 2 kiwifruit, peeled
  • 45ml bourbon
  • juice of 1 orange
  • juice of lemon
  • 1 teaspoon honey (or to taste)
  • few drops bitters
  • slice of kiwifruit, to garnish
  • ice

See the national fruit in a whole new light with this refreshing cocktail that artfully blends tangy flavours with the caramelized notes of bourbon and honey. Serves 1

  1. Muddle kiwifruit in the bottom of a cocktail shaker, add ice, bourbon, orange and lemon juices, and honey and shake well
  2. Strain into an ice-filled glass and add a few drops of bitters to the top. Garnish with a slice of kiwifruit
