Ingredients

  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 200ml strong hot espresso
  • 60ml Kahlua
  • 30ml vodka

Conquering a week at work calls for a sweet, boozy treat. Our Kahlua Affogato is sure to hit the spot. Makes 2.

  1. Place the ice cream into glasses or bowls. Pour over the hot espresso.
  2. Combine the Kahula and vodka in a cocktail shaker. Shake until well combined and pour over the ice cream.
