30ml Advocaat

fresh pineapple slices

ice cubes

pineapple juice, to top up

coconut water, to top up
As the sun sets on the old year, usher in the New Year with a tropical twist that tantalises your taste buds and transports you to a paradise of flavour. Cue a gentle sway of palm leaves and the rhythmic crash of waves in the background. Serves 1.

Arrange glasses on a tray and add rum and Advocaat to each glass.

Garnish each with a slice of fresh or dried pineapple.

When guests arrive, add a few ice cubes and top up with equal quantities of pineapple juice and coconut water.
