Ingredients

  • 35ml The Glenlivet 12yo Whisky
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 15ml honey water*
  • 80ml Champagne, chilled
  • lemon twist, to garnish
This elegant cocktail brings together smooth whisky, fresh lemon juice, and a touch of honey water for natural sweetness, topped off with a splash of Champagne for an effervescent finish. Each sip offers a balance of warmth, citrus brightness, and a subtle honeyed note, complemented by champagne’s lively bubbles. Serves 1.
  1. Add The Glenlivet 12yo Whisky, lemon juice, and honey water into a chilled Champagne flute.
  2. Top with Champagne. Stir gently to combine, and garnish with a lemon twist.

*To make the honey water, mix one part honey to one part hot water. Stir until combined. Allow to cool before using.
