Ingredients

  • 60ml advocaat
  • 30ml brandy
  • squeeze of lime juice
  • ginger ale, to top (we used East Imperial)
  • maraschino cherry and lime wedges, to garnish (optional)
Creamy and dreamy, the eighties classic Snowball gets an update with a splash of ginger ale.
Makes 1
  1. Pour advocaat, brandy and lime juice into an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake well.
  2. Pour into an ice-filled short glass (we used an ice sphere) and top with ginger ale.
  3. Garnish with cherries and lime, if desired.
