1 cup crushed ice

2 cubes crystal ginger (or shaved fresh ginger)

2 tablespoons passion fruit pulp, plus extra for garnish

1 cup pink grapefruit juice

40ml bourbon
Beautifully balanced with the warmth of bourbon and ginger and the freshness from pink grapefruit juice and passion fruit. Serves 1.

Place crushed ice, ginger and passion fruit pulp into a jug and muddle well.

Add pink grapefruit juice and bourbon. Mix well.

Pour into short glasses and garnish with extra passion fruit pulp and a thin slice of ginger.
