Ingredients

  • 60ml vodka
  • 5ml blue curaçao
  • 150ml cranberry juice
  • squeeze of lime juice
  • soda, to top
  • lime slices, to garnish
The eighties were all about colour and this fruity purple number ticks all the boxes. We like to think Prince would approve. Makes 1
  1. Add all the ingredients, except the soda and garnish, to an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well then strain into a tall glass and top with soda water to taste. Garnish with lime slices before serving.
