French Martini with a Twist

Ingredients

  • 40ml vodka
  • 20ml Chambord or raspberry liqueur
  • 30ml pineapple juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 15ml fresh lime juice
  • grated lime rind to garnish (optional)
  • ice

Welcome in the spring with this bright, sweet and tangy cocktail

  1. Add the vodka, Chambord or raspberry liqueur and pineapple juice to an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake for 30 seconds to combine, then strain into a martini glass
  2. Empty the cocktail shaker and add the egg white and lime juice and dry shake (without ice) to combine. Pour on top of the drink in the glass and sprinkle with some grated lime rind if using
