This twist on the classic recipe uses Angostura Cocoa Bitters, made with cocoa pods from Trinidad and Tobago. Serves 1

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, then pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a coffee bean and serve.
