Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup carrot or vegetable juice
  • 500ml sparkling wine or prosecco
This mimosa made with orange and carrot juices looks and tastes so good even the Easter bunny will want a sip. Serves 4
  1. Divide the juices and sparkling wine evenly between 4 champagne flutes.
  2. Gently stir to combine.
