Into a blender, add a few handfuls of ice cubes, Ratu Signature Blend Rum Liqueur, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and lime juice.
Blend well, until smooth.
Serve in a chilled glass, and garnish with a pineapple wedge. Enjoy!
