Chivas Extra 13YO American Rye Cask Finish Whisky Sour
Ingredients
50ml Chivas Extra 13YO American Rye Cask Whisky
20ml lemon juice
20ml sugar syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 egg white
Lemon slice and a cherry (if available), to garnish
Created in Scotland and finished in American rye casks, the Chivas Extra 13 American Rye Cask adds a new dimension to the ever-popular whisky sour cocktail
Shake all ingredients together without ice. Add ice and shake again for about 10 seconds.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice, garnish with lemon slice and a cherry (if available) and serve.
