Caribbean Highball

Ingredients

  • 50ml Bacardi Spiced Rum
  • 75ml pineapple juice
  • 75ml ginger beer
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • fresh lime, wedges, to garnish
Transport yourself to a tropical place with this refreshing cocktail. Serves 1
  1. Pre-chill a highball glass in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  2. Fill glass with ice (chunky square ice looks amazing!)
  3. Add Bacardi Spiced Rum, pineapple juice, 75ml of the ginger beer and Angostura Bitters into glass.
  4. Gently stir to combine.
  5. Top with remaining ginger beer. Squeeze lime wedge over drink then drop wedge into glass.
