3 parts Bombay Sapphire Gin
1 part St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
2 parts Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth or Martini Rodato Vermouth
8 parts ginger ale (chilled)
12 lime wheels, to garnish
6 fresh mint sprigs, to garnish
fresh ginger, sliced, for garnish
Refreshing and sociable, this Summer Punch with iconic Bombay Sapphire Gin transforms gatherings into memorable occasions, making every sip an aromatic adventure.
Place a block of ice into a large punch bowl, or fill with cubed ice.
Pour Bombay Sapphire Gin, liqueur, vermouth and ginger ale into the punch bowl.
Add your garnishes – fresh lime, mint and ginger.
Using a ladle, gently stir the ingredients to infuse flavours.
Serve the cocktail into individual glasses filled with ice cubes.
Garnish serving glasses with a mint, lime and ginger too, if desired. Enjoy!
