Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bombay Sapphire London Dry Gin
  • cup St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1 litre old-fashioned lemonade
  • 2 tablespoons bitters
  • ice

Celebrate the long weekend with this refreshing cocktail made for sharing at summer gatherings. Makes one large jug or lemonade fountain (pictured)

  1. Fill a lemonade fountain or jug with ice, then add the Bombay Sapphire gin and St Germain elderflower liqueur

  2. Top with old fashioned-lemonade
  3. Add the bitters and mix for a blush colour. Add more bitters if necessary
