Ingredients

50ml banana-flavoured rum

1 tablespoon triple sec

squeeze of fresh orange juice

ginger ale

small orange wedge and crystallised ginger, to garnish (optional)

Take a trip to Jamaica by using flavoured rum in this tropical drop. Serves 1.

Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add flavoured rum, triple sec, and a squeeze of fresh orange juice

Shake until icy cold. Fill a tumbler with ice (we used two spheres) and use a fine strainer to pour over the rum mixture

Top with ginger ale and stir. Garnish with an orange wedge and a piece of crystallised ginger if using
