Banana Rum Punch

Ingredients

  • 50ml banana-flavoured rum
  • 1 tablespoon triple sec
  • squeeze of fresh orange juice
  • ginger ale
  • small orange wedge and crystallised ginger, to garnish (optional)
  • ice
Take a trip to Jamaica by using flavoured rum in this tropical drop. Serves 1.
  1. Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add flavoured rum, triple sec, and a squeeze of fresh orange juice
  2. Shake until icy cold. Fill a tumbler with ice (we used two spheres) and use a fine strainer to pour over the rum mixture
  3. Top with ginger ale and stir. Garnish with an orange wedge and a piece of crystallised ginger if using
