  • 10ml Aperol
  • 60ml pinot noir ros wine
  • 40ml soda water
  • sprig of fresh rosemary (optional)
  • ice

Spritzes are huge right now, this version is made with Bombay Sapphire gin, Aperol, pinot noir ros wine and soda water. Serves 1
