Ingredients

  • 60ml Appleton Estate Signature Rum
  • 200ml Fever-Tree Ginger Beer
  • dash aromatic bitters
  • 3 lime wedges
  • lime wedge, to garnish
  • ice cubes
Indulge in the vibrant flavours of the Caribbean with our tantalising Jamaican Mule recipe. Serves 1.
  1. Squeeze limes into a highball glass, pressing them with a muddler.
  2. Add ice to glass.
  3. Add Appleton Estate Signature Rum, Fever-Tree Ginger Beer and aromatic bitters to glass, and stir.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge. Enjoy!
