Nectarine & Apple Rumble

Ingredients

  • 30ml spiced rum
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 40ml Fresh-Up apple & nectarine juice
  • nectarine slices
  • soda water
  • fresh thyme, to garnish
  • ice
This fresh and light cocktail would work beautifully with a range of summer fruits. Swap out the nectarine for pineapple for a tropical twist. Serves 1
  1. Fill a glass with ice. Pour over rum, lemon juice and apple juice
  2. Tuck nectarine slices down the sides of the glass and top with soda water.
  3. Garnish with fresh thyme, if desired.
