Ingredients

  • 60ml Olmeca Altos Plata Tequila
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 15ml agave syrup (or simple syrup)
  • 60ml pink grapefruit juice
  • salt, to rim glass
  • lime wedge, to garnish
  • ice cubes
Introducing your new go-to summer refresher. The Altos Paloma combines the smooth kick of tequila with fresh lemon juice and a touch of agave syrup for natural sweetness. Finished with a splash of pink grapefruit juice, it's a refreshing balance of tangy, sweet, and slightly bitter, perfect for sun-soaked afternoons or evenings by the barbecue. Serves 1.
  1. Prepare a highball glass by rimming with salt.
  2. Add Olmeca Altos Plata Tequila, lemon juice, and agave syrup to a mixing glass. Stir well.
  3. Pour into an ice-filled highball glass.
  4. Top with pink grapefruit juice. Garnish with a lime wedge.
