Ingredients

  • 50ml Absolut Lime
  • 25ml fresh lime juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 5-7 fresh mint leaves
  • soda water
  • ice
  • fresh lime slices

Sweet and refreshing, this vodka reworking of a mojito is has added complexity thanks to new Absolut Lime. Serves 1

  1. Lightly muddle the mint in the bottom of a highball glass
  2. Add remaining ingredients over ice and top with soda water
  3. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lime slices
