10 figs

2 tablespoons butter, for greasing

1 tablespoon brown sugar

2 tablespoons Taylors Estate Shiraz

juice of 1 orange

200 grams mascarpone cheese

3 teaspoons liquid honey
This dessert + a glass of Taylors Estate Shiraz = dinner party heaven

Halve the figs and place in a greased baking dish

Sprinkle sugar over figs and pour over wine and orange juice

Bake at 180C for 2025 minutes

Mix mascarpone and honey together and dollop on to figs to serve
