Ingredients

  • 30ml gin
  • 30ml elderflower liqueur
  • 30ml fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 60ml sparkling rosé
Rosé is an elegant sip in itself, but take it to floral heights with the addition of sweet elderflower and sour lemon. A pink take on the French 75. Serves 1.
  1. Pour gin, elderflower and lemon juice in a shaker and combine.
  2. Pour into a cocktail glass and top with chilled sparkling rosé.
  3. Garnish ideas: thin lemon slice, edible rose buds or petals.
